Inspired by Bruce Lee's words in 'Enter the Dragon' - "Don't concentrate on the finger or you will miss all that heavenly glory".  This work explores how technology mediates and distorts human experience.  The painting depicts a viewer holding up a mobile phone to capture the moon; the hand and device are rendered in sharp detail while the moonlit background remains blurred.  This contrast highlights the tension between presence and distraction, questioning whether the pursuit of documentation obscures the wonder of what is truly before us.
